You can complete the training and certification by completing 4 steps:
Step 1: Complete all sections within the content module.
Step 2: Complete the final quiz. You must receive an 80% or higher to ensure your knowledge of the material. You have two attempts to pass the quiz.
Step 3: Fill out the feedback evaluation so we can learn and improve the training experience.
Step 4: Download the Certificate for verification of 2 contact hours for continuing education units.
